Final Poster Presentation

On the last day of class, each team will present the team's work as a poster as part of the class's poster conference. Online students will present the poster virtually through a VoiceThread presentation with voice narration of each slide. The poster should be 6-10 slides showcasing what the team has accomplished for the three Team Project assignments. Specifically the poster should address

Please be sure to address the feedback provided by the instructor on your earlier Team Assignments. If you are not sure how to address certain issues, please reach out to the instructor for assistance.

1. Organization Overview - What is the context of your project? Give a high-level overview of the organization.
2. Business Process Overview - What business process did you explore? Show the business process diagram.
3. Database Needs Overview - What key data are involved in the business process? What are the current methods of data capture, processing, storage, and management? Are there data needs that are currently not met?
4. Opportunities for Improvement - How could the business process be improved? How could the data organization, structure, people skills, or tools be improved? This is where you present your team's proposed process model improvement, and data model improvement.
3. Potential Disruptive Innovations - What could be done to dramatically improve the process? Think big and surprise us!!!
5. Google Analytics - Show at least one graph of your Google Analytics data, and discuss what you have learned about visitors to your team website, based on the data collected through Google Analytics
6. What have you learned from working on this team project? Each team member must share a brief reflection on lessons learned, biggest challenges, and biggest takeaways

When applicable, grading of the poster presentation will be based on external judges invited to attend the poster conference and to rate the quality of the poster presentations.
