Spring 2016 Judges

 
Becky Borellom, MS, MBA '16, is the Instructional Technologist at Chatham University. She began teaching in 2007 and has evolved from a classroom educator to an instructional technologist and adjunct professor. Becky has a passion for making Moodle work for all educators and students. Borello has a BS in Business and Computer Information Technologies Education from St. Vincent College and a MS in Curriculum and Instruction from St. Vincent College. Borello is currently pursuing her MBA degree at Chatham University.


Marta Dalton got her start in eCommerce back in 2004 in Tokyo, Japan and has been in love with the eclectic mix of technology, marketing, and operations that make up the world of eCommerce ever since. She’s led development & database teams to build new platforms, created new pricing strategies, and launched global digital marketing plans for companies ranging from startups to the Fortune 100. With experience on both the IT and the business side, she considers herself fluent in translating "techie" to English and vice-versa. She recently joined Coca-Cola Refreshments as Director of eCommerce to lead the B2B eCommerce business in North America and is thrilled to be working for a brand she’s loved since childhood.

Ginger Polozoff, MBA, PMP, has been managing small to large projects for 15+ years.  When Chatham University began offering the Project Management concentration, she took the concentration courses, then took the Project Management Professional certification exam.  She uses PM tools and skills in her job every day, improving the efficiency and effectiveness of her work. 
Jay Srini is the Chief Strategist at SCS Ventures where she is working with international startup companies She also serves as the CIO of KEWGroup a molecular diagnostics firm. Srini was previously the Chief Innovation Officer of UPMC Health Plan. Srini currently serves on the advisory board of the Chatham Business Programs.



Debbie Brown MBA, PMP, CBAP is VP Project Manager III at Bank of New York Mellon. Brown received her BA degree from Chatham University, and MBA from Robert Morris University. Brown currently serves on the advisory board of the Chatham Business Programs (photographed with the 2016 MSA team)

 
Timothy James, MBA is currently a Partner Technology Manager at Google and helps retailers with technology processes to get their products into Google Shopping. He teaches undergraduate classes in Computer Science at the University of Pittsburgh where he enjoys making jokes during lectures and helping students with career development. Prior to Google, Timothy has worked in a variety of technical roles in the financial services, telecommunications, defense contracting, and consulting industries.


Gina Faiola, MBA '15 has been working in the world of digital commerce since the year the first iPhone came out! Since then, she has worked in the realm of e-commerce merchandising and digital marketing in various roles for start-ups to Fortune 500 companies alike. Currently, Gina is the ecommerce merchandise manager for the Pittsburgh Steelers, and is a very proud 2015 graduate of the Chatham MBA.
