TA2: Process Model

In this first section of the Team Project, please present a comprehensive overview of the business process you are investigating. For example, if you are investigating the soccer team match process, please provide a clear, concise, and comprehensive overview of the process using guidelines available from the textbook. You should also include a diagram model of the business process.

The process model should illustrate

• Key roles (as swimlanes)
• When the process begins
• When the process ends
• Key activities
• Key decisions
• Key data responsitories
• Data flows
• Activity flows

The discussion of your process model should incorporate materials from credible sources, including your textbook, and other reputable materials recommended by the instructor. Please cite at least one source (e.g. your textbook) in APA style. (6 points)

You must include at least one image (2 points) and one URL link (1 point)

TA2 also requires the submission of the signed agreement from your professional contact. Please update the signed agreement through Moodle for submission. Do NOT post the agreement on this public website of your team work.
